Hard Rock is seeking a Director of Paid Digital & Social Media to lead the centralized strategy and execution of paid digital, social, and SEO/SEM campaigns. Reporting to the SVP of Entertainment Marketing & Content, this high-impact role will work across all lines of business and partner with properties worldwide to maximize return on investment. The Director will collaborate closely with Hard Rock’s media buying agency of record to orchestrate complex paid campaigns, enable precise consumer targeting, develop custom attribution models and design consumer journeys that drive lifetime value. This role will also work in tandem with the Director of Social Media to align organic content engagement with paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Snap, Google, and other distribution platforms. Additionally, the Director will oversee paid SEO/SEM campaigns, partnering with internal stakeholders to optimize architecture and identify new opportunities. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in digital and social media buying, a proven track record of driving measurable results and the ability to deliver creative solutions in a fast-paced environment. This person will champion innovation and keep Hard Rock at the forefront of digital, social, and search marketing.
