With 8500 employees and over 130 offices nationwide, We promise to know you and help you! CLA is seeking a Director to join our National Outsourcing Technology Partnerships & Delivery team. This role supports Assurance, Tax and Outsourcing projects. They manage all phases of the projects and works closely with Assurance, Tax and Outsourcing leadership to provide project updates and ensure goals are being met. They work with vendors and leadership on contracts and licensing for business applications.

Requirements

• Experience: 7 years of overall Accounting or IT experience working with Assurance, Tax or Outsourcing software applications
• Experience planning, facilitating, documenting and managing business, functional and technical requirements. Follows development and deployment standard processes.
• Experienced in test planning, test case development and execution.
• SQL development understanding requirement, creation varies by responsibility, creating and modifying stored procedures and reports.
• Education: Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Travel: <10%.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Works with individuals to develop plans that support Assurance, Tax and Outsourcing initiatives and ensure that all projects progress on schedule and within budget. Directs and manages the overall work efforts of project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
• Contracts and Licensing: Works with CLA IT Vendor Services, Assurance, Tax and Outsourcing leadership, users and other members of Business Technology to ensure compliance with licensing and to efficiently manage the licenses.
• Relationship Management: Leads a team by promoting team-oriented environment and maintaining strong relationships. Is responsible for establishing communication channels to stakeholders, internal teams and external teams in order to ensure concerns are heard and adequately addressed. Provides timely communication to key project stakeholders. Ensures internal satisfaction and collaboration.
• Automation and Innovation: Work with other Business Technology members under the direction of Assurance, Tax and Outsourcing leadership to look for more operationally excellent applications and processes.
• Training, Documentation and Learning Material Mgmt/Communications: Develop and maintain documentation, learning material and communications for various software applications and processes. Delivering training live, via webcast or creating recorded or print material is required.
• Application Support: Work with users and IT to support software applications and processes. Tickets, emails and phone calls need to be addressed with professionalism and in a timely manner.
