Director, OTC Transformation - Global Business Services is responsible for driving global implementation of the Order to Cash strategy, ensuring standardization, supporting transformation initiatives, and enabling consistent adoption across regions, shared services, and BPO partner. The Director acts as the Global Delivery Leader’s key partner to ensure global process consistency, strong controls, and improved performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (CPA, CA, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in OTC, finance operations, shared services, or global process transformation.
  • Strong experience in audit, including SOX, internal controls, and audit-related processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute transformation initiatives in global or matrixed environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
  • Knowledge of OTC technologies, automation, workflow, and analytics tools.
  • Travel: Up to 10%.
  • Prefer EST or CST time zone.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operational compliance with SOX, internal controls, audit requirements, and enterprise policies.
  • Ensure documentation, testing, remediation, and audit readiness activities are completed globally.
  • Partner with Internal Controls, Finance, and Audit teams to manage control improvements and mitigate risk.
  • Ensure adoption of global OTC processes, policies, and controls.
  • Lead change management, training, and communications to support new processes and technologies.
  • Partner with operational and BPO leaders to embed improvements and ensure sustained performance.
  • Monitor OTC KPIs (DSO, billing quality, dispute cycle times, etc.) and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and collaboration with regions to drive improvement initiatives.
  • Support deployment of automation, workflow, analytics, and AI tools aligned to the OTC roadmap.
  • Ensure technology solutions align with global process and control requirements.
