About The Position
The Director of Organizational Development at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is responsible for driving strategic initiatives that enhance the organization's culture, improve overall performance, and foster employee development. This role involves implementing strategies to enhance retention and growth of employees, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds, and collaborating with senior leadership to align programs with organizational objectives. The Director will manage the organizational development function within the Human Resources Department and work closely with other HR leaders to promote workforce development, employee engagement, and change management.
