About The Position
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Director of Organizational Development and Programs to join our Human Resources Department. This position is open to being remotely located with a strong preference being located near an Airbus facility or in or a commutable distance to Mobile, Alabama; Wichita, Kansas; Herndon, Virginia; Grand Prairie, Texas or Denver, Colorado. The Director of Organizational Development and Programs is a pivotal role within the North American Regional Center of Excellence for Talent, Learning, and Development. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent, the Director of OD & Programs will serve a dual role encompassing program management responsibilities as well as providing organizational development expertise to consult and lead organizational development projects that support HR and the business. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, and the ability to drive initiatives that enhance overall organizational effectiveness. This position works closely with other members of the People & Organization Develop team, the greater Airbus Americas HR community, the Airbus North America and Latin America's business leaders, as well as the Global Leadership University, Competence and Workforce Community of Practice, Global Talent Executive Management team, HR Digital and the Learning and Knowledge Management Community of Practice and Learning and Development teams worldwide.
