We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Organizational Development & Change Management. This role will lead the change strategy for cross-functional and enterprise initiatives, including an initial focus on Insulet’s Global Business Services (IGBS) transformation. This role will be instrumental in driving adoption, engagement, and sustained behavioral change across the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate business acumen and deep expertise in change management, organizational development, and organizational design, with a proven track record of enabling large-scale transformation in a global, matrixed environment. This role will be a key member of our Talent Management & Organizational Development (TM&OD) Center of Excellence and will report to the Senior Director, Organizational Development & Change Management. It will also collaborate closely with HRBPs, Communications, and business leaders.
