The Director of Organization Effectiveness serves as a strategic internal consultant and thought leader to business leaders, People Business Partners, and peer centers of excellence via organization design and transformation efforts, shaping how Autodesk's organizations are structured, evolve, and deliver impact. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of organization design and transformation at Autodesk. It will focus on establishing frameworks, methodologies, and tools that clarify how we design effective organizations, lead change, and strengthen overall organizational effectiveness. By combining contextual insight and data-driven analysis, the Director of Organization Effectiveness will enable People Business Partners and business leaders to make informed decisions that maximize organizational health and effectiveness. Success in this role requires leading a team of internal Organization Effectiveness consultants and collectively building strong, trusted partnerships across peer centers of excellence within the People and Places (PPL) organization as well as with cross-functional business leaders and their teams. This includes partnering with practitioners in areas like People Insights, Mergers & Acquisitions, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Culture & Diversity, and Talent Acquisition. This is a unique opportunity to shape and mature a critical domain for Autodesk, demonstrate enterprise leadership, and have meaningful impact across multiple parts of the organization. As part of the broader Organization Effectiveness team, this role helps advance Autodesk's growth trajectory by driving data-informed decisions and enabling organizations where people and businesses thrive.
