About The Position

The Director of Operations- Vromo will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and operational success during a critical expansion phase with Inspire Brands. This role will oversee Product Strategy, Operations, and Technical Support, ensuring seamless rollout and adoption of our solution across major restaurant brands. The Director will work closely with the CEO and CTO to translate strategic vision into actionable plans, enabling the company to scale while maintaining an exceptional level of reliability and restaurant satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
  • Strong understanding of product strategy, operations, and technical support for large-scale deployments.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale operations in a high-growth environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern software development practices
  • Experience with SaaS metrics and subscription-based business models
  • Knowledge of enterprise onboarding and customer success frameworks
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Minimum: 4 yr degree
  • Minimum: 10+ yrs in related fields

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy Define and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with the CEO
  • Align product development with the needs of enterprise restaurant brands driving increased adoption
  • Develop a suite of self-service tools to empower restaurants and brands and to reduce their reliance on support teams
  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for innovation and optimization
  • Operations Design and implement operational processes to support high-volume deployments and scalability
  • Ensure product positioning supports growth objectives
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation in partnership with the finance team.
  • Ensure our operational cost per order is achieving greater efficiency
  • Collaborate with senior operations counterparts representing the various brands within the Inspire family
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track performance across product, support, and operations
  • Technical Support Build and manage a high-performing technical support team capable of supporting large restaurant brands and systematically reducing the dependency on the engineering resource
  • Develop processes to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues for clients managing thousands of drivers.
  • Implement tools and systems to improve support efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Monitor support metrics and continuously optimize for better outcomes
