The Operations Director is the laboratory’s lead for implementation and adoption of business operations and compliance, facility management, information technology (IT), Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), finance, and human resources (HR) as the NSPHL transitions into their new building. Reporting to the Laboratory Director, this role will continue to lead the integration of the day‑to‑day operational excellence, regulatory readiness (CLIA/CAP), data integrity, and workforce support across infectious disease, chemistry, and newborn screening programs. The Operations Director partners with laboratory leadership to align resources, systems, and infrastructure with public health mission needs, supporting continuity of operations and emergency response through ICS/NIMS. This is a 12-month temporary position.
