Requirements

• Minimum Required: 7 years Healthcare Management or 3 years Director Operations at a BayCare Hospital.
• Required: Bachelor's Degree

Nice To Haves

• 5 years Hospital Director Operations or equivalent.
• Preferred: Master's Degree

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting the President in the smooth and efficient operation of Mease Dunedin and Mease Countryside Hospitals.
• Responsible for integrating the strategic plan of the organization with the operations while providing oversight for the development and delivery of high quality, safe, cost effective and compassionate care.
• Responsible for assisting in the coordination and implementation of the Community Health Needs of each hospital.
• Expected to act in the absence of the President and exercise management responsibility over each hospital while maintaining a matrix relationship with other designated Directors.
• Responsible for coordinating service lines as assigned.
