Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 7 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.
• 3 years' supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

• 8+ years of experience leading large-scale strategic projects or initiatives, ideally in consulting and growth operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguity and synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
• Exceptional executive presence, storytelling, and presentation development skills.
• Highly data-driven with a bias for action and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority last mile delivery strategic initiatives that drive innovation and transformation across Walmart
• Translate complex, ambiguous ideas into clear business cases and actionable implementation plans.
• Partner cross-functionally across the enterprise to embed LMD priorities into broader Walmart strategies.
• Drive execution with confidence, influence without authority, and hold stakeholders accountable through strong communication and leadership.
