Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Business, Finance or Accounting, Master of Business Administration preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 to 12 years of strong related experience is required with 4+ years in supervisory role.
  • Be proficient in systems to achieve necessary results (Excel, D365, Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Manage daily operations, optimize processes, and ensure efficiency across various sites.
  • Provide strategic financial advice and analysis to support leadership and guide the organization's long-term mission and goals.
  • Develop and lead the plant finance team, promoting a culture of efficiency, accuracy, and best practices.
  • Partner with shared service center ensuring adherence to audits and meeting month end close process deadlines.
  • Create and refine financial and operational policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Work with other department leaders and stakeholders, acting as a key member of the leadership team.
