About The Position

Kenvue is currently recruiting for a Director, Operations Digital Products. This key leadership role within the Kenvue Operations Digital Transformation Office organization focuses on enabling data-driven decision-making across key Supply Chain Operations domains - Procurement, Make, Sustainability, Strategy, and trade compliance. The Director will lead a team of digital product owners and analysts to deliver analytics products and front-end consumption layers that embed seamlessly into business workflows. The team will partner closely with business stakeholders to build roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and ensure that solutions drive measurable operational impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management within a related industry.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in data and digital transformation.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain.
  • Strong digital and data acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of leading successful product launches.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience applying Design Thinking principles.

Nice To Haves

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or master's degree and/or PhD in a relevant field.
  • Agile certification (e.g., SAFe, CSPO, etc.).
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure stack.
  • Experience in utilizing Design Thinking approaches to inform product development.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities across Operations.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and business cases.
  • Deeply understand business processes and business strategy to find opportunities for incremental value through digital capabilities.
  • Define and manage multi-year roadmaps for data and digital products that support operational excellence and innovation.
  • Identify products needing investment and tie them to a three-year operating plan.
  • Define modules and features to meet specific business requirements/outcomes.
  • Align with operational leadership on expected timing for investments and efforts.
  • Partner with cross-functional development teams to build, test, and deploy scalable analytics and digital solutions.
  • Lead the design and delivery of reusable data assets that support analytics, automation, and decision-making.
  • Champion data quality, governance, and lifecycle management.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of product owners and business analysts.
  • Establish governance frameworks for product lifecycle management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in product management methodologies.
