We are searching for a talented Director - Operations. This position has operational oversight of the Cardiac and Vascular Surgery service lines within Heart & Vascular. Southcoast Health cardiac surgeons perform 300 open heart surgeries each year, and since the program's inception in 2002, more than 5000 patients have benefited from this surgery. Cardiac surgery is performed at Charlton Memorial Hospital. There are 3 cardiac surgeons and 8 advanced practice professionals (APP) within the program. Southcoast Health vascular surgeons perform approximately 1500 surgeries each year. Vascular surgery is performed at St. Luke's Hospital and at Charlton Memorial Hospital. There are 3 vascular surgeons and 7 APPs supporting the service line. The cardiac surgery practice is in Fall River and the vascular surgery practice is in Dartmouth. Both service lines session at other Southcoast Health sites across the regions we serve.
