ParentSquare and RemindHub, our flagship products, serve over 18 million students and drive our mission by providing unified communications tools - forms, sign ups, payments, RSVPs, direct messaging, language translations, chat and more. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as our first-ever Director of Operations (Back Office), focusing on process orientation and Improvement, renewals management, accounts receivable and collections, state registrations and vendor forms. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing efficient processes for handling invoices and payments, managing the renewal process with strategic price adjustments, accelerating collections to reduce interest expenses, and streamlining state registrations and vendor forms. You will also work cross-collaboratively with our teams to minimize manual tasks, adapt to customer feedback, and reduce administrative burdens so that our team can continue to grow and scale towards our vision of connecting every school and every family.
