About The Position
The Director of eCommerce will be accountable for managing the P&L for the assigned brand, overseeing both the brand.com and retailer.com businesses. As the lead of the Regional Brand Online team, this role develops and drives the online growth strategy, ensuring seamless execution across all digital channels. The Director will be at the forefront of shaping the brand's online presence, including strategy, inventory management, and commercial programming, while liaising with expert execution teams across key areas of CRM, site operations and merchandising, affiliate marketing, customer acquisition, paid search, and SEO.
