About the position

The Director, Omnichannel Strategy at Inizio Evoke is responsible for leading the creation of integrated marketing and communications plans for clients in the healthcare sector. This high-visibility leadership role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive multichannel marketing strategies, enhance client relationships, and contribute to business development efforts. The position offers flexibility for remote and hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Lead research efforts to gain actionable insights into brand challenges and customer needs.
• Translate insights into strategic and tactical plans that optimize channel and content mix.
• Elevate the agency's role as a strategic partner by understanding client businesses and crafting solutions.
• Oversee project execution from conception to ensure strategic alignment.
• Identify growth opportunities in collaboration with Account teams.
• Introduce innovative strategies to advance client businesses.
• Collaborate with Creative teams to implement brand campaigns effectively.
• Work with Analytics to define measurement plans and optimize performance reports.
• Participate actively in business development, supporting proposals and pitches.
• Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices, particularly in healthcare.
• Serve as an expert by writing POVs, leading workshops, and sharing insights.

Requirements

• 6+ years of agency experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing.
• 4+ years in digital strategy, engagement strategy, or channel planning.
• Experience marketing to healthcare professionals.
• Experience launching new healthcare/pharma products or indications.
• Expertise in market research, brand strategy, multichannel marketing, digital marketing, CRM, and marketing analytics.
• Ability to manage client relationships and navigate multi-stakeholder environments.
• Hands-on experience with agency new business efforts, including proposal writing and pitching.
• Proficient in creating impactful presentations.
