About The Position
The Director of the Office of Inclusion at Northern Arizona University (NAU) is responsible for overseeing the activities, programs, and operations of the Inclusion & Multicultural Services (IMQ). This role focuses on supporting historically underrepresented and underserved student populations, including those from diverse racial, ethnic, and gender backgrounds. The Director will lead a team to develop and implement programs aimed at improving student persistence and graduation rates, while also advocating for an inclusive campus environment.
