About The Position

The Director, Offering Strategy is responsible for executing and facilitating the company’s strategic vision across products, services, solutions, and customer experiences. Guided by senior leadership, this role ensures offerings are priced, packaged, and positioned effectively in the market. The Director focuses on execution, alignment, and operational governance—translating strategy into structured programs, frameworks, and processes that deliver measurable business outcomes. This leader partners cross-functionally to ensure offerings meet customer needs, align with corporate priorities, and are supported by strong go-to-market execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role focused on offering strategy, product strategy, or commercial operations.
  • Proven ability to operationalize strategy into structured programs, governance models, and scalable processes.
  • Strong knowledge of the SaaS/software industry, customer dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
  • Demonstrated success aligning cross-functional teams to deliver complex execution priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience applying market insights to drive execution.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across multiple organizational levels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute pricing and packaging strategies aligned with corporate direction and market competitiveness.
  • Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable offering programs.
  • Align cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.
  • Lead governance frameworks for pricing and packaging initiatives, ensuring disciplined execution and policy compliance.
  • Establish and manage customer and partner feedback loops, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Leverage market research and competitive intelligence to inform tactical pricing and packaging decisions.
  • Oversee reporting, dashboards, and milestone tracking to provide executive visibility into performance and execution outcomes.
  • Lead operational planning and resource allocation for offering strategy programs.
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and execution excellence across the team.
  • Support employee development while ensuring program delivery aligns with global priorities.
