About The Position

This leadership role oversees all Children’s Services Council (CSC) programs, including After School, Summer Camp, and other out-of-school activities. You’ll ensure quality programming, manage staff, maintain compliance, and collaborate with families and partner agencies.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
• 2+ years’ experience managing youth or special needs programs
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities and behavior management
• Valid FL driver’s license and Level II background screening

Responsibilities

• Manage youth programs (After School, Out of School Breaks, Summer Camp)
• Hire, train, and supervise program staff
• Develop engaging, age-appropriate curriculums
• Track program data and outcomes in CSC SAMIS
• Represent ARC at IEP and support plan meetings
• Provide direct care as needed
