About The Position
Airbus Commercial is looking for a Director of Workforce Development to join our Human Resources team. This position can be located at the following Airbus locations: Mobile, Alabama; Herndon, Virginia; Miami, Florida; Wichita, Kansas. The Director of Workforce Development will lead the strategy and execution of workforce development initiatives to support the growth of career pipelines across the entire North America region. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition for NA, this role will be critical in addressing the business's strategic objectives by expanding and proliferating workforce programming across U.S. sites, while also consulting and advising on workforce development concepts and programs for Canada. The successful candidate will drive innovation in workforce and economic development efforts to build a sustainable talent ecosystem that meets the demands of growth, especially in key regions with emerging opportunities.
