About The Position

This position is responsible for the development and deployment of our people workforce initiatives and strategies, including organizational structure development, workforce strategic planning and development, career path development, workforce engagement and insights, and organizational compensation planning, design and management. This role reports to the Chief People Officer and leads Recruiting and Compensation teams.

Requirements

  • Requires 5+ years of experience in HR, Organizational Development or related field.
  • Bachelors in Human Resources Management, Organizational Management or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of direct experience in leading through organizational change and growth (M&A).
  • Proven strategic planning, project management and execution skills.
  • Proven strong knowledge of compensation and total rewards.
  • Proven analytical and Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and lead change at all levels within an organization.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and team development skills.
  • Experience in collaboration and effective communication to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic partnership and coaching to business leaders, managers, and team members on workforce planning and development, including identifying emerging talent, succession planning and building growth goals and initiatives.
  • Lead organizational structure development to support organizational growth efforts (M&A) and/or other organization strategic initiative and efforts.
  • Build business strategy to identify future workforce needs (technical skills, leadership skills) and recommend strategies and practices to build capability.
  • Lead the development and implementation of organizational workforce planning programs and initiatives.
  • Recommend, develop and manage compensation programs and internal structure/design, including fair & equitable pay practices and initiatives, annual adjustments, reward & recognition programs, internal minimum wage and market competitiveness.
  • Align and maintain compensation strategy and efforts with workforce planning, org structure, and hiring strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage internal compensation administration, including review and evaluating regularly, advising leaders on pay related matters, research and assessments for market trends.
  • Other duties as assigned.
