About The Position

The Director of Workers' Compensation Claims is responsible for the strategic oversight and day-to-day administration of the organization's workers' compensation claims program. This leadership role ensures claims are handled efficiently, compliantly, and with a focus on cost containment, employee care, and continuous improvement. The director partners with third-party administrators (TPAs), legal counsel, vendors, and internal teams to drive best-in-class outcomes across all jurisdictions.
