About The Position

Manages and coordinates the daily operation of the day center to ensure quality
service and efficiency of operations and systems and adherence to federal, state
and local regulations related to both full PACE program members and Social Adult
Day Center clients. Will create a culture of compassion and commitment for
exemplary participant experience and service excellence by overseeing, directing
and planning a Wellness program of diversified activities and creative therapies.
Provide strategic leadership and operational insight; designs, plans, organizes
and facilitates execution of participant experience by meeting emotional,
spiritual and social needs of all participants. Serve as a resource in the
identification, assessment and implementation of strategic and operational
participant experience initiatives and opportunities designed to improve the
quality of participant lives. Will lead operations of Wellness Centers at all
PACE sites and ACS, providing day-to-day oversight and management of staff and
standards. Establishes policies, procedures, standards and objectives for
department operation; evaluates performance and maintains quality; coordinates
with other departments to provide maximum level of services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Creative arts Therapy
• Minimum of five years of management experience
• Three years of full time paid experience in an activities program with a Min of 3 years of experience with the elderly population
