The focus is not just running a warehouse, it’s leading automation, driving performance, and building a strong leadership team in a 24x6 environment. Requirements

• Experience leading operations in an automated warehouse or DC
• Strong understanding of WMS, metrics, and system-driven performance
• Track record of developing leaders and improving team performance
• Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

• Lead ~12 leaders and 150–200 total employees across multiple shifts
• Stabilize and optimize new automation systems during ramp-up
• Drive labor cost, throughput, and on-time performance
• Ensure leaders use WMS and data daily to run the operation
• Maintain inventory accuracy , including 3PL oversight
• Build standard work, accountability, and leadership cadence
