Minnesota Care Counseling Services, Inc. (MNCCS) is a community-based agency that provides waiver case management, mental health, housing, and foster care services across the Twin Cities. We are contracted with Ramsey County and serve over 700 clients annually with culturally responsive, person-centered care. We are seeking a Director of Waiver Case Management to lead our Waiver Case Management Department. This role provides strategic direction, ensures compliance with Minnesota DHS and county requirements, and drives revenue growth. The Director will supervise case managers, handle escalations, and serve as the primary liaison with Ramsey County.
