About The Position
Rush-Henrietta is seeking a K-12 Director of Fine and Performing Arts who will be responsible for the strategic leadership and oversight of the fine arts and performance programs across the school district. This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive visual and performing arts curriculum, fostering creative and artistic growth in students, and ensuring high-quality performance opportunities. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong knowledge of the NYS Standards for the Arts (dance, music, theater, visual and media arts). The Director will collaborate with the Executive Director of Learning and Innovation, principals, other program directors, and community partners to enrich the district's arts education and ensure alignment with academic and extracurricular goals.
