About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Director of UX Research to shape the future of user experience across the entire Aristocrat enterprise, which spans Aristocrat Gaming, Aristocrat Interactive, and Pixel. In this influential role, reporting to the Senior Director of Consumer Insights as part of our Global Insights team, you will lead and mentor a dynamic team of UX Researchers that will drive innovation, creating world-class experiences that captivate and delight gamers across the globe. You'll be accountable for establishing the overall strategy and execution of our UXR practice, while closely partnering with other members of the Insights team on methodologies, and capabilities and sharing Enterprise-wide insights.
