The Director of Utilization Review/Management is responsible for directing and overseeing the Utilization Management Department including, but not limited to: utilization review, case documentation, payer relationships, regulatory requirements, staff management and department administration. Supports the overall success of the hospital and promotes patient satisfaction, regulatory compliance and optimal reimbursement.

Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited school in Social Services or Psychiatric.
• Licensed RN to practice in the state of Kentucky.
• 8 - 10 years of related experience in an acute inpatient psychiatric setting as a treatment team member or 5 - 6 years of experience in utilization management for both mental health/behavioral health disorders and substance abuse.
