Reporting to the Global VP of Marketing, you’ll be at the helm of our US growth engine. You won’t just execute plans; you’ll be a key strategic partner, leading a high-performing team to build deep brand equity and community engagement. Base salary range for this role: $188,000 - $225,000. Please note this role is a remote position- however we would require travel to any big events within the US (roughly once per month) To lead us to the moon, you’ll ideally bring: Executive Marketing Leadership: Extensive experience leading marketing teams within a multi-national tech or SaaS scale-up environment. US Market Mastery: A deep, intuitive understanding of the US consumer landscape, cultural trends, and how to adapt global strategies for local resonance. Data-Driven Vision: Proven expertise in using analytics to guide strategy, optimize media spend, and drive performance marketing outcomes. Collaborative Influence: The ability to inspire senior leadership and cross-functional global teams, acting as a bridge between local needs and global goals. Agility & Ambition: A results-oriented mindset that thrives in ambiguity and can pivot strategies quickly as the market evolves.
