About The Position
BioMarin is a global biotechnology company that relentlessly pursues bold science to translate genetic discoveries into new medicines that advance the future of human health. The Director of US BU Performance and Operations will be a key member of the Skeletal Conditions Business Unit in the US, responsible for leading Commercial Analytics and Operations to drive and catalyze business performance across all channels. This role involves analyzing sales data, optimizing sales processes, and supporting the US BU Head, Brands and Sales team to drive business growth and operational efficiency. The role reports directly to the Vice President, Skeletal Conditions Business Unit head and will partner closely with the BU LT on key projects, initiatives, and priorities that support efforts to deliver on the BU's goals.
