  • Manage vendor relationships and represent end-user needs regarding assessment tools.
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of three years of full-time experience in higher education with a focus on accreditation compliance.
  • Proven leadership in preparing accreditation compliance reports.
  • Proficiency with assessment tools and accreditation software.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at moderate to high complexity.
  • Doctorate degree preferred.
  • Prior successful experience with SACSCOC accreditation processes.
  • Experience with assessment management software for planning and accreditation.
  • Engagement in teaching and facilitating workshops for faculty and staff.
  • Knowledge of strategic planning and student learning outcomes assessment processes.
