About The Position
The Director of Undergraduate Analytics and Assessment (D-UAA) supports the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education and Student Success (VPUESS) and the leadership of the Office of Undergraduate Education and Student Success (OUESS) on a broad range of projects related to undergraduate student success at Georgia Tech. Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives & Operations, the D-UAA leads the OUESS assessment and data analytics team, and works in close partnership with the Office of Academic Effectiveness (OAE) and Institutional Research and Planning (IRP) to develop and implement assessment strategies; support accreditation processes; develop predictive analytics that inform advising, curricular navigation, and student success efforts; and translate complex data into actionable insights to support institutional decision-making and student success initiatives. The position is responsible for overseeing divisional efforts to collect, analyze, and report data that documents outcomes and informs the continuous improvement of OUESS programs and services.
