About The Position

Requirements

  • Five to seven years of undergraduate admission and/or enrollment management experience in higher education.
  • Successful track record of meeting student recruitment goals.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and technology platforms for college student recruitment.
  • Three to five years of experience supervising recruiters and managing enrollment goals.
  • Experience in developing and nurturing inquiry pools from various sources.
  • Ability to produce and distribute communication messages to targeted audiences.
  • Experience in managing, reporting, and analyzing data from prospect to enrollment.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Undergraduate Admission department and report to the Vice President of Enrollment Management.
  • Develop activities to recruit undergraduate students, including freshmen and transfers, both domestic and international.
  • Examine trends and develop new student recruitment goals in consultation with college leadership.
  • Create a recruitment and communication plan to meet enrollment goals for fall and spring semesters.
  • Collaborate with campus offices to execute the enrollment plan, including marketing and student services.
  • Integrate faculty into the recruitment process and support their engagement with prospects.
  • Work with the marketing department on print, digital, and social media messaging for recruitment.
  • Develop and implement scholarship and institutional aid awarding processes.
  • Serve as a spokesperson for the college with various constituencies.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment data and collaborate with Institutional Research on admission statistics.
  • Engage with key vendors to generate inquiries and applications.
