Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
- 10+ years experience in ultrasound or medical device technology
- Experience leading a high-performing team
Responsibilities
- Is responsible for all products and solutions development activities in the assigned part of the R&D organization.
- Is responsible for hardware, firmware, and mechanical sustaining
- Manages organization unit assigned, and leads, motivates and develops dedicated employees.
- Implements ultrasound technical roadmap for current and future systems
- Plans and allocates resources and budgets to relevant projects or activities.
