About The Position
The Director of Training leads the YAI Knowledge department, ensuring that training initiatives align with the strategic goals of the organization. This role involves developing training curriculum, coordinating training deployment across the YAI Network, and providing oversight to the training staff. The Director also identifies revenue-generating training opportunities for external audiences and serves as a resource for training needs and delivery methods within the agency.
