About The Position

The Director of Training is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategy, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training across all levels of the organization. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will design and deliver training that drives performance, builds belief, and ensures clarity around what great looks like — from frontline team members to senior leaders. This position carries direct authority over the training team and ownership of training-related KPIs that support company priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a managerial and supervisory leadership role
• Extensive knowledge and practical application of proven training industry best practices and techniques
• Demonstrated experience training employees at multiple levels within an organization
• Strong curriculum development experience (in-person and LMS)
• Highly comfortable and proficient with computers and a variety of software and cloud-based programs
• Adaptability to pre-existing systems and organizational structure, with the ability to improve them thoughtfully

Nice To Haves

• Previous car wash industry and mechanical experience is a plus, not required
