About The Position

The Director of Training will collaborate with the Winsupply Management Team, Area Leaders, and Technology Leaders to implement training programs that align with business needs and goals, fostering long-term value for the Winsupply Family of Companies. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in job offered or related fields.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage changing workloads and priorities.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with ERP applications and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Learning and Developmental Programs for Service Companies.
• Develop training content including in-person, virtual, help documents, and videos.
• Facilitate acquisitions, mergers, and new start integration tasks.
• Manage local company moves, name changes, and company closures.
• Plan and manage training events such as National Training, Annual Meeting & Vendor Showcase.
• Build relationships with leaders across Winsupply to communicate training needs and expectations.
• Drive adoption of industry best practices and emerging technologies in learning.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliverables for integration tasks related to acquisitions and company changes.
