About The Position

The Director of Total Rewards leads the strategy, design, and administration of compensation, benefits, annual incentive and commission plans, payroll, and recognition programs to attract, retain, and motivate talent across clinical, patient-facing, and corporate teams in a fast-growing, multi-state healthcare organization. The role ensures programs are competitive, equitable, compliant, and cost-effective—and that employees clearly understand the full value of their rewards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in HR/Business/Finance/Accounting
  • 7+ years progressive total rewards experience, including ownership of annual incentive plan and commission plan design; multi-state healthcare or multi-site services preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of FLSA, ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and federal/state/local payroll and wage-hour laws.
  • Tools: ADP and CompAnalyst

Nice To Haves

  • Direct leadership of payroll operations a plus.
  • Certifications: CCP/CBP/CEBS/SHRM-SCP/SPHR, FPC/CPP a plus.
