The Director of Ticket Sales for the Wisconsin Herd is a dynamic, strategic, and results‑driven leader responsible for guiding the Wisconsin Herd ticket sales team to achieve aggressive revenue goals. This role oversees all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, relationship development, pipeline management, and closing new business, while ensuring alignment with the broader sales and service strategy of the organization. A core focus of this position is developing people, training, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to perform at the highest level. The Director will provide clear direction, delegate responsibilities effectively, and cultivate a high‑performance sales culture built on accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement. This position reports directly to the President and collaborates closely with internal Herd departments as well as the Milwaukee Bucks ticket sales and operations teams to drive organizational success and execute shared initiatives.
