About The Position
The Director of the Yale-New Haven Teachers Institute (NHTI) is responsible for leading the organization with a vision that enhances educational programs and fosters collaboration between Yale University and local public schools. This role focuses on strengthening partnerships, overseeing professional development for teachers, managing the NHTI budget, and enhancing the institute's communication strategies. The director will also lead the Yale National Initiative, which connects university and school district partnerships to improve educational outcomes.
