About The Position
As InStride Health enters a period of expansion, we are seeking a Director of Territory Management to lead and scale our referral and partnership efforts. This role will oversee a team of 7-10 Territory Managers, driving regional growth, optimizing referral channels, and ensuring InStride's services reach children and families in need. The Director will serve as a strategic leader, helping to develop market expansion strategies while also mentoring and empowering the Territory Management team.
