About The Position

The Director of Telemetry Transformation serves as the “CEO of the use case,” responsible for leading HCA's enterprise telemetry modernization journey. This role begins by driving the development of an enterprise-wide telemetry strategy through field discovery, vendor ecosystem assessment, and baseline analysis. Building on this foundation, the Director of Telemetry Transformation will then lead the innovation and transformation phase, guiding the redesign and implementation of future-state telemetry workflows and care delivery models across the enterprise. As the bridge between business leaders, clinical teams, technical experts, and vendor partners, the Director of Telemetry Transformation translates organizational priorities into a clear roadmap, product backlog, and measurable outcomes. The role ensures alignment with HCA's Clinical AI value drivers—improving patient safety, increasing care efficiency, and maximizing the value of clinical resources. Aligned with HCA's Digital Transformation & Innovation (DT&I) mission, this role is accountable for delivering both the strategy and transformation necessary to standardize, modernize, and scale telemetry care delivery, enabling more reliable monitoring, reduced clinical variation, and better outcomes for patients and clinicians alike.
