In this vital role you will set the strategy and multi-year vision for field intelligence capabilities that enable Amgen’s sales organization to make data-driven decisions • Own the product vision and roadmap for field intelligence capabilities aligned to business priorities and field outcomes, including AI-powered insights and decision-support features, with accountability for a multi-year strategy and capability evolution roadmap. • Serve as Product Owner for agile teams delivering field intelligence solutions across CRM, analytics, machine learning, and data platforms. • Define and prioritize the product backlog, including epics, features, and user stories, based on business value, measurable outcomes, and model-driven impact, while making portfolio tradeoff decisions across initiatives to align investments with enterprise priorities. • Partner with field leadership, sales operations, analytics, and data science teams to identify intelligence needs and translate them into product requirements, while aligning senior stakeholders on strategic direction, priorities, and expected outcomes. • Drive the design and delivery of insights, dashboards, alerts, predictive signals, and decision-support tools for field users. • Ensure field intelligence solutions leverage CRM activity data, performance metrics, territory data, approved external data sources, and AI-ready datasets. • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to define data models, KPIs, metrics, feature inputs, and analytics requirements for AI use cases. • Act as the primary point of accountability for field intelligence adoption, usability, trust in AI-driven outputs, and value realization. • Participate in PI planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and release planning. • Ensure compliance with data privacy, legal, and regulatory requirements related to field data, analytics, and AI usage. • Monitor product performance and usage, including AI model effectiveness and signal accuracy, incorporating feedback and data to continuously improve the product. • Own measurable business outcomes tied to field intelligence capabilities, including field productivity, insight adoption, decision support effectiveness, and commercial impact. • Lead the field intelligence product portfolio, including prioritization of investments, sequencing of major initiatives, and resource tradeoff decisions across business needs and technology constraints. • Present product strategy, roadmap, risks, adoption, and business outcomes to senior leadership and executive stakeholders, driving governance and decision-making across business and technology teams. • Establish and evolve the product operating model for field intelligence, including governance, prioritization frameworks, KPI definition, and cross-functional decision-making mechanisms. • Lead organizational change management and business readiness efforts to drive adoption of field intelligence products and embed data-driven decision making into field workflows. • Lead, coach, and develop product managers, product owners, or other cross-functional team members, while building product management capabilities and execution maturity across the organization. • Monitor external trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices in commercial analytics, AI, and field intelligence to inform product strategy and innovation opportunities.
