The Director of Technology, Data and Innovation is a civilian executive leadership position within the Salt Lake City Police Department (SLCPD). This role is responsible for overseeing the department's data analytics, technology infrastructure, and innovation initiatives. The Director leads a team of data and intelligence analysts and drives efforts to enhance data-informed decision-making, business intelligence, and digital transformation. Working in close collaboration with SLCPD command staff, investigative units, and the City's Information Management Services (IMS) Department, the Director ensures effective coordination of technology systems, cybersecurity, and data governance.
