About The Position

Kindeva Drug Delivery is seeking a Director of Technical Business Development for Analytical Services, a pivotal role that will be based in the United States. This position is designed for a dynamic leader who will spearhead the development of the Analytical Services market unit, focusing on uncovering new business opportunities and driving growth. The Director will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities for Kindeva's Analytical Services (KAS), which encompass a range of drug delivery systems including pulmonary, injectable, nasal, and transdermal drug delivery. This role is crucial in aligning with Kindeva's growth objectives and ensuring the successful commercialization of analytical services. The Director will operate in a fast-paced environment, accountable for driving sales volume and generating profitable revenue across the Analytical Services portfolio. This includes early and late-phase development as well as lifecycle management. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to cultivate customer relationships with various pharmaceutical companies, from virtual startups to large-scale manufacturers. They will identify effective market segments and create targeted client lists to support new business objectives. Additionally, the Director will lead the communication of KAS services and value propositions, persuading potential clients to choose Kindeva as their preferred partner for outsourced development and manufacturing. Reporting directly to the VP of Analytical and Development Services, this role will act as the business development leader for KAS's growth strategy. The Director will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster profitable business relationships and will take ownership of the opportunity pipeline and deal close forecasting. Participation in industry conferences and trade shows will also be a key responsibility, aimed at generating interest in KAS and expanding the company's market presence.
