About The Position

Trinity Valley School is creating a new leadership role that sits at the heart of our educational mission: the Director of Teaching and Learning. This is a role for someone who believes deeply in the transformative power of great teaching-and who knows that supporting teachers is how we unlock extraordinary learning for students. If you're energized by the idea of working across all divisions (PK-12) to strengthen curriculum, elevate instruction, and build a thriving culture of professional growth, this role is for you. You'll partner with teachers, division heads, department chairs, and the Assistant Head of School to ensure that every classroom at TVS reflects our commitment to fine scholarship, wide constructive interests, intelligent citizenship, and spiritual and moral development. This isn't a role about compliance, curriculum charts, or checking boxes. It's about curiosity, collaboration, and possibility. It's about helping teachers think meaningfully and creatively about their work-and helping to create the conditions for them to do their best.
