About The Position

The Director of Talent Strategy at the Wealth Advice Center is responsible for promoting the wealth management business and attracting top talent. This role involves collaborating across different lines of business to fill talent gaps, connecting with field organizations to help financial advisors grow their careers, and providing input into the overall hiring plan and strategy. The Director will partner with the GWM Recruiting team to manage the recruiting pipeline and initiatives, work with marketing to promote talent and programs, and structure the new hire experience for the WAC training program. The position is based in Weehawken, NJ, and requires a commitment to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements

• Ability to commute to the Weehawken, NJ office 5-days a week.
• Experience as a strong internal partner to multiple business areas.
• Work experience in financial services required.
• Familiarity with enhancing the experience of new hires.
• Experience promoting open roles.
• Proficient in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
• Experience partnering with field branch offices regarding talent needs.
• Experience speaking at internal and external events.
• Ability to communicate clearly about business growth plans.
