This key position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing division wide training programs and recruitment strategies. About the Role Training Program Development Responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and professional development initiatives to enhance employee skill, productivity, and engagement. Conduct training sessions as needed and recruit internal staff to support instruction in specialized training areas, providing them with tools and guidelines to support effective implementation. Manage the summer internship program by helping to select candidates, creating a schedule outlining agency operations and available resources, and arranging training sessions to include guest speakers and client site visits. Design and implement career development plans tailored to individual employee goals and organizational objectives. Direct the quality control and training team in applying updated methods to facilitate skill development. Recruitment Strategy Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for all levels of the organization. Maintain job descriptions and work with hiring managers in newly created positions. Partner with departmental leads and senior leadership to understand talent needs and support organizational objectives. Lead the talent acquisition team and train them in updated recruiting methods, helping to enhance their skills. Partner with the marketing team to leverage social media strategies and employment branding to assist with attracting candidates. Build and maintain connections with college career counseling teams and participate in local job fairs and workshops to recruit recent graduates. Onboarding Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new employees and integrated smoothly and efficiently into the organization. Other duties as assigned.
