Align with leadership to facilitate translating business objectives into scalable people strategies that bring to life the Auberge Resorts Collection values and mission. Partner with the General Manager and senior leaders to promote and deliver service excellence. Create and provide heartfelt experiences to team members along the Auberge employment journey. Drive solutions through talent acquisition, L&D, change management, retention, DEI and career and leadership development.

Requirements

• Demonstrated history of building a winning team
• Demonstrated HR leadership experience and capability
• 5 years of progressive HR experience
• Strong HRIS/HCM/Payroll system experience
